 I am a Technical Architect with over 9 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, I’ve developed a deep understanding of digital marketing automation and customer engagement. Throughout my career, I’ve led multiple projects as an Architect, effectively managing campaigns, data strategies and advanced personalization.
